Medium voltage automatic reactive power compensation device

According to the voltage and reactive power of the power supply bus, the SDrHM series high-voltage automatic reactive power compensation device (APFC) adopts the power factor controller to automatically detect the active and reactive power of the system in real time, automatically switches the capacitor bank, and tracks the change of the load for reactive power compensation, thus providing the power factor, improving the power supply quality and reducing the power loss.

Application areas

Mainly used in metallurgy, mining, building materials, petrochemical, water supply and drainage and other industries of large and medium-sized enterprises load fluctuations in the substation or distribution room, can make the shunt capacitor play a higher compensation effect, and avoid over compensation or under compensation, to ensure that the system required reactive power to achieve balance.

Design

The device is equipped with reactive power automatic compensation, automatically tracking the change of reactive load, switching capacitor bank, improving power factor and improving power quality. Harmonic suppression function, series reactor can be equipped according to the harmonic situation given on site to form LC loop to suppress harmonics; Perfect capacitor bank protection includes overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, zero sequence voltage protection and unbalanced voltage protection of capacitor branch.
